“a hidden little gem”
booked last minute. never knew this hotel was just 2 blocks away from casino niagara. very friendly front desk, booking in was hassle free. very polite and friendly. room very spacious and super clean. would recommend this hotel to any one. just one bad experience was the attached restaurant...waited half hour for breakfast. just a simple plain egg sausage and home fries. there was only 3 other couples in the restaurant at the time but still waited half hour with out a breakfast showing. would not recommend this setaurant if you are only there for the day and don't have time to waste.
“Good Value for the Money”
The staff had great suggestions to local attractions and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend Michael's Inn to anyone. It was a pleasant surprise. Affordable, close to everything, great staff, and good rooms. Suitable for couples or families.
“Made our anniversary fun”
We were delighted to find a spotlessly clean room with a heart shaped jacuzzi and super comfortable bed. The balcony was a nice surprise from which we could see the river and the falls.
“A reasonable hotel close enough walk, far enough to be quiet”
I enjoyed my stay, hotel was full, yet quiet enjoyment. The pool and hot tub, was enjoyable, enough light for me to read books, and the towels were refreshed on regualer basis, (to ensure all guests had dry towels. The breakfast was better priced then most in the area. Short walk to WaterPark, and whole active area, with great view, and staff know the area. 2 minute walk to Rainbow bridge To USA,
“Clean hotel at a value price”
Reception here was very courteous and helpful during our recent stay at this hotel. The first night, we rented a theme room which we were thoroughly impressed with. We did have a few issues with the tv not working at first but the manager was prompt in fixing the problem. The second night, we stayed in a fallsview room on the 2nd floor. Staff was courteous and allowed us to check into our room earlier than the normal check in time of 3 PM.
